We collect GPS data from the tracking device installed in your vehicle, and mobile device location (with permission) to show your position on the map.
Information such as device type, OS version, and crash logs may be collected to improve app performance.
GPS device sends live tracking, speed, distance, and trip details. This data is used only within the DigiKhet app.
We use encryption and secure servers to protect your data. However, no system is 100% secure.
We do not share your data with any third party except when required by law.
DigiKhet is not intended for children under 13.

Required for syncing GPS data and loading maps.
We retain GPS and account data only as long as needed for app functionality.
Users can request deletion of their DigiKhet account and associated personal data by contacting us at support@vanix.in from their registered mobile number or email address.
Upon successful verification, the account and related personal data will be permanently deleted within 7 business days, except for information required for legal, fraud prevention, or regulatory compliance purposes.
DigiKhet may allow users to upload profile or vehicle-related images. Access to photos is user-initiated and limited only to the media selected by the user. The app does not access, scan, or collect users’ entire photo or video libraries.
